Rental Rate and Charges
Seaview Villa rents by calendar week, with check-in/out on Saturday. The weekly rate is $550/day. For parties of more than six persons, an additional-guest fee of $20/day is charged for each person in excess of six persons. A cleaning fee of $200 is charged on all bookings to cover the costs to clean the property following departure of the rental party. A refundable $500 damage deposit is required for all bookings.
Cancellation Policy
For cancellations made 90 days or more before arrival date, Owner will refund all deposit payments received, less a $250 charge.
For cancellations made 89 days to 30 days before arrival date, Owner will refund 100% of the cleaning fee, additional-guest fee, and damage deposit, and 50% of the total rental fee.
For cancellations made later than 30 days before arrival date, Owner will refund only the cleaning fee, additional-guest fee, and damage deposit.
No refund will be paid in the case of a late arrival, early departure, or a no show.
The refund provisions detailed above apply in all cases regardless of the reason(s) for cancellation.
WE STRONGLY RECOMMEND PURCHASING A TRAVEL INSURANCE POLICY.
We strongly encourage guests to purchase travel insurance, especially for stays during the Atlantic hurricane season (June 1 – November 30). A cancellation of reservation due to a weather-related event (including a hurricane) is not an exception to our cancellation policy.
