Seaview Villa is a private, beachfront four-bedroom villa on the Atlantic side of Eleuthera, with a heated pool, room for eight, and lots of activities for guests of all ages.
It's our family's home on Eleuthera, and we look after it ourselves with the help of our amazing local caretakers. Many guests return year after year — a few families for nearly a decade — and we think that says more about Seaview Villa than anything we can say here.
Days at Seaview Villa are simple: wake up to a beautiful ocean sunrise, snorkel the reef just off our beach, take the kayaks out for a ride along the coast, relax in the pool, snooze in the hammock, and walk for miles along the beach. Groceries and restaurants are a short drive away, and the shops of Governor's Harbour are twenty minutes up the road.
Seaview Villa is built for island life. When the island's power or water goes out — and it does, often — a standby diesel generator and our own 4,000-gallon freshwater cistern keep the house running, and Starlink keeps you online.

The Perfect Place to Fall in Love with Eleuthera
Swim, snorkel, and kayak in the crystal blue water right outside the door. Float in the large salt-water heated pool with the coral reef in full view. Open the wall-to-wall sliding doors and let in the ocean breeze.
Seaview Villa sleeps up to eight and is built for families with children — two ocean kayaks, beach chairs and an umbrella by the door, a full kitchen, and a laundry room for the middle of the week.

The nightly rate is $550, with a seven-night minimum and check-in and check-out on Saturday. Write to us with your dates and we'll quote you.

The condition of the beach in our area varies significantly depending upon the season (generally more sand erosion during fall and winter months), sea state, and prevailing wind and ocean currents. We have posted photos of the beach in various conditions to give you an idea of the degree to which it can vary. Nobody, including us, can guarantee the condition of the beach.
