The Perfect Place to Fall in Love with Eleuthera
Swim, snorkel, and kayak in the crystal blue water right outside the door. Float in the large salt-water heated pool with the coral reef in full view. Open the wall-to-wall sliding doors and let in the ocean breeze.
Seaview Villa sleeps up to eight and is built for families with children — two ocean kayaks, beach chairs and an umbrella by the door, a full kitchen, and a laundry room for the middle of the week.

Rates
The nightly rate is $550, with a seven-night minimum and check-in and check-out on Saturday. Write to us with your dates and we'll quote you. Exceptions to the seven-night minimum are possible during off-season months (August, September, and October). Exceptions to Saturday check-in/check-out will be considered for stays of 10 days and longer.

90+ days out: full refund of deposits less $250. 89–30 days: cleaning fee, guest fee and damage deposit refunded in full, plus half the rental fee. Under 30 days: cleaning fee, guest fee and damage deposit only. Full terms are in the rental agreement.
Travel Insurance
We strongly recommend it for every visit to Eleuthera, particularly during Atlantic hurricane season, June 1 to November 30. Weather-related cancellations are not an exception to the policy above.
About the Beach
Our stretch of sand changes with the season, sea state and currents — more erosion in fall and winter. We post dated photos of it in every condition so you know what you may find. Nobody, including us, can guarantee it.
