Rental Rate and Charges
Seaview Villa rents by calendar week with check-in/out on Saturday. Exceptions available only in off-season months. The daily rental rate is $550. For parties of more than six persons, an additional-guest fee of $20/day is charged for each additional guest over six persons. A $200 cleaning fee is charged on all bookings. A refundable $500 damage deposit is required for all bookings. A 10% VAT (imposed by The Bahamas) may apply.
Cancellation Policy
For cancellations made 90 days or more before arrival date, Owner will refund all deposit payments received, less a $250 charge.
For cancellations made 89 days to 30 days before arrival date, Owner will refund 100% of the cleaning fee, additional-guest fee, and damage deposit, and 50% of the total rental fee.
For cancellations made later than 30 days before arrival date, Owner will refund only the cleaning fee, additional-guest fee, and damage deposit.
No refund will be paid in the case of a late arrival, early departure, or a no-show.
The refund provisions detailed above apply in all cases regardless of the reason(s) for cancellation.
Owner is not responsible for refunding service charges, booking fees, or processing fees assessed by Vrbo.
(Stays longer than two weeks may be subject to a less flexible cancellation policy than described above.)
WE STRONGLY RECOMMEND PURCHASING A TRAVEL INSURANCE POLICY.
We strongly encourage guests to purchase travel insurance, especially for stays during the Atlantic hurricane season (June 1 – November 30). A cancellation of reservation due to a weather-related event (including a hurricane) is not an exception to our cancellation policy.
