Rates & Availability
The nightly rate is $550, with a seven-night minimum, and check-in and check-out on Saturday. Exceptions to the seven-night minimum are possible during off-season months (August, September, and October). Exceptions to Saturday check-in/check-out will be considered for stays of 10 nights or more. We accept booking requests up to 15 months ahead. Send us your dates and we'll quote you directly.
Rates and Charges
What a Week Comes To
A family of six, seven nights, Saturday to Saturday. A refundable $500 damage deposit is collected separately and returned after your stay. Each guest over six adds $20 per night.
Cancellation Policy
- Cancellation made 90 days or more before arrival date: 100% refund less $250 service charge.
- Cancellation made 89 days to 30 days before arrival date: 50% refund.
- Cancellation made later than 30 days before arrival date: No refund.
The refund provisions detailed above apply in all cases regardless of the reason(s) for cancellation, including but not limited to an existing or anticipated severe weather event or air travel cancellations or changes.
Travel Insurance
We strongly recommend purchasing travel insurance for every visit to Eleuthera, particularly during Atlantic hurricane season (June 1 to November 30). Weather-related cancellations are not an exception to the cancellation policy.
