Rates & Availability
The nightly rate is $550, with a seven-night minimum, and check-in and check-out on Saturday. Exceptions to the seven-night minimum are possible during off-season months (August, September, and October). Exceptions to Saturday check-in/check-out will be considered for stays of 10 days and longer. We accept booking requests up to 15 months ahead. Send us your dates and we'll quote you directly.
Rates and Charges
What a Week Comes To
A family of six, seven nights, Saturday to Saturday. A refundable $500 damage deposit is collected separately and returned after your stay. Parties over six add $20 per night for each additional guest.
Cancellation Policy
For cancellations made 90 days or more before arrival, we refund all deposit payments received, less a $250 charge.
For cancellations made 89 to 30 days before arrival, we refund the cleaning fee, additional-guest fee and damage deposit in full, plus 50% of the total rental fee.
For cancellations made less than 30 days before arrival, we refund only the cleaning fee, additional-guest fee and damage deposit.
No refund is paid for a late arrival, early departure or a no-show. These provisions apply regardless of the reason for cancellation. Stays longer than 14 days are subject to a different cancellation policy not addressed here. Full terms are set out in the Seaview Villa Vacation Rental Agreement. These terms apply to bookings made directly with us. Vrbo offers only a fixed set of cancellation policies, so bookings made through Vrbo follow the policy shown on that listing, which differs slightly.

We strongly recommend a policy for any visit to Eleuthera, especially during Atlantic hurricane season, June 1 – November 30. A weather-related cancellation, hurricanes included, is not an exception to the policy above.
