Mark is a conscientious and helpful host. His house was very clean and had plenty of linens and towels. We rented our car from Mercy and she took great care of us. The view from the house can’t be beat!

We enjoyed our stay at Seaview Villa. The location of the home was safe, comfortable, and you couldn't ask for a better view. It was well equipped with everything you needed, and had all sorts of beach gear and lots of beach towels. The beach is rocky but we enjoyed walks on the road and we could drive to other beaches. Unfortunately, there was a storm front for a few days during our stay so we couldn't enjoy the snorkeling or kayaks, however, the heated pool was great or just sitting inside reading and enjoying the view. Mercy was very responsive if we needed her. We would definitely recommend Seaview Villa.

House was exactly as billed. Lots of space and privacy!! Grounds are nicely maintained and there’s a hammock and 2 outdoor showers. The house was unfussy, clean and well maintained. Owner and caretaker were both super responsive to the one issue we had. The beach was rocky when we were there so we didn’t attempt the kayaks but they were there for a more intrepid group than we! The pool was amazing. It was so private and relaxing. Temps were perfect without AC except for one very still night when we used it. We slept like babies listening to the waves crashing down below and the soft breezes in the palms. Wish we could be there now!!

The house was great and in a great location to be able to explore the whole island. The house had everything we needed.

This house has one of the best locations in Eleuthera! You can’t beat the view!! We spent a week in early January and hardly left the house. The beach has rocks in the winter, but there are sections that have enough space for the beach chairs. We were even able to snorkel a couple of times. The pool is heated, which is a huge plus. This is a great place to relax and disconnect. Mark the host is super helpful and gave us a lot of tips for getting around the island. The caretakers are also great! If you are on the fence, book the vacation! You won’t regret it.

Incredible vacation

We had an amazing time at the Seaview villa! It was our first time to the Bahamas and to Eleuthera what a gorgeous place! We loved spending our days relaxing in the pool and snorkeling right outside the house - fish, spiny lobster and even a reef shark! a day on the water with Fishbone Tours was really fun - sea turtles, sharks, rays and the biggest starfish ever! Mark and Mercy were great and so helpful. Music at Tippys, lunch at the Buchaneer, 3 J's bbq pit, grouper fingers at sunset. all great. a few days collecting sand dollars on the gorgeous Ten Bay beach. A trip of a lifetime!

5 Stars – A Perfect Beachfront Getaway!

We had an absolutely amazing stay at this beachfront home! The location couldn't be better — steps from the ocean with breathtaking views from sunrise to sunset. The private pool was a huge bonus, especially after long days on the beach. The house was clean, beautifully decorated, and had everything we needed for a comfortable stay, including a well-stocked kitchen, linens, and plenty of space to relax. The host was responsive and helpful, making check-in and check-out easy. If you're looking for a peaceful and scenic place to unwind with friends or family, this is it. We’re already talking about when we can come back!

Great House!!

The house was amazing with great views! My family of 5 stayed for a week and we enjoyed fishing, snorkeling, swimming and exploring the island. The house had everything we needed and having the generator was so nice. I can’t say enough about Mark and Mercy, they were both very responsive and kind. Mark checked in several times to see if we needed anything. Mercy and her husband are so nice and there if you need anything! Hope to stay again.

Location was great! Wish the kayaks had been singles but still tons of fun.

Great House !!

The home was as described and looks as the picture show !!! Host (Mark) is extremely quick with replies and very helpful !! Beds were very comfortable we had all that we needed at the house for cooking and going to the beach. The pool was fantastic also. You can not go wrong with renting this home ! Great place great owner

The house and view was better than advertised! Beautiful place, everything you need for family or friends stay on the island of Eleuthera. Mark and Mercy were great and very responsive, although we didn’t really need them much. We loved the laid back atmosphere and also enjoyed exploring. Food was all amazing.

Seaview Villa

Great location steps from the ocean! Be aware there are only two bathrooms and they are Jack and Jill. House overall adequate they could step up the landscaping and at least the maintenance and also of the pool. You will have to clean it every day massive amounts of bugs.

Spring break trip with family

We had a great stay! It was the break we all needed. Allowed for an easy going time with the kids. The house had so many supplies it made it easy. I really appreciate how effortless check out was! The pictures don't do it justice. Thank you!

Seaview Villa

This vacation rental is fantastic. From the pool to steps from the ocean, we couldn't have asked for anything more. We arrived on December 30 and spent a week and were never without anything to do. We snorkeled right at the beach, paddled the double kayaks and relaxed in and around the pool. We did have a few bouts with loss of power but Mercy the caretaker and the owner were very diligent and responsive when it occurred. Would advise buying your produce etc at Island Farms which is just a 10 minute from from the vacation rental. Otherwise there are a couple of small grocery stores in Govenors Harbour. We had a great stay

Great Spot in Eleuthera!

Beautiful location and place. My family and I (5 of us) stayed here for a week and absolutely loved it. I would highly recommend it to anyone, and Mark was very responsive. He followed with me several times during our stay.
